What project were you working on?

Dynamic phase transitions in quantum systems: The aim of the project is to identify the dynamic transitions in relaxation of local observables in periodically driven systems. The project focused on one dimensional lattice models with disorder. We carried out numerical study of such models under different conditions to identify these phases. It helps us to improve the understanding of non-equilibrium condensed matter systems.

The major part of work was computational. Prof. Bera is very helpful and encourages student to follow their own approaches. The workload, on an average, was similar to a typical DD project.
