In detail different processes of fabrications : Electron Beam Lithography, Atomic Force Microscopy, Scanning Electron Microscopy, Nano Imprint Lithography, Photolithography Books: Nanostructures and Nanomaterials by Guozhong Cao Lectures: No attendence policy. The teaching style was more of blackboard oriented, at some rare points the slides were utilized. Being the first time the structure of the course was not as good as expected. The first 25% regarding nanostructures was completely filled with chemistry and many of the chemical name jargons.
