Study of DNA organisation and modelling it. Majorly reading, understanding replicating simple as aspects of a particular model of chromosome organisation and dynamics.

Molecular biology, Modelling biological systems and Statistical mechanics. Software: Python simulation of simple understanding and LAMMPS for larger molecular dynamics simulations.

Any feedback or further details you'd like to add?

Mostly a self interest driven project. Got a certain gauge for biophysics and computational physics. Workload wasn't much, but consistent 4-5 hrs weekly needed to make any headway in such from scratch projects.
